Who knows? is the promise of a fortune-teller hotline. At the subway station Kottbusser Tor in Berlin, a billboard with a telephone number was displayed. Once on the line, callers were led into a confusing sound installation in which they encountered a nonsensical jingle, a mixture of excuses and repetitions. Two minutes later it became clear that the fortune teller team was currently out of the office.
